Hello from the UAE!
There are only three words to describe this place... HOT and CHROME FERRARI.
And by hot, I mean REALLY REALLY hot. I did not know what heat was until this place, one foot out of the air conditioned car into the 100 degree weather with 79% humidity and you're ready to hop right back in. Otherwise its a beautiful country with an interesting mix of old and new with a VERY liberal heaping of $$$ on top.
But ill start at the beginning, the flight was 14 hours, but we finally made it! It was really exciting for the first 7 hours because I haven't been on a plane since the 8th grade, and ive never flown out of the country, but then it got a little old.
